Wedding party

We were on Anna Maria for our small wedding. Including us, we had 8 adults. The pool area was perfect for adults. The location on the property was centrally located on that part of the island. We were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing location for our girls trip

Loved the location for walks to breakfast and the beach. House has wagon and chairs for the beach. Beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great during the day and for drinks at night. Had issues with our stove top, they sent someone to fix quickly.

Nice house but not clean

Our recent family vacation in Ana Maria, Florida was unfortunately tarnished by a multitude of disappointments during our stay at a rented vacation home. From cleanliness issues to malfunctioning amenities, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. Upon arrival, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority in the property. Dirty floors and unclean bathrooms greeted us, creating an immediate sense of discomfort. To make matters worse, we were shocked to discover animal feces in the master bedroom, which was both unsanitary and disheartening. These cleanliness concerns were not limited to the bedrooms; the absence of garbage bags and a missing sponge for dishwashing added to our frustration. In addition to the cleanliness issues, the non-functional pool was a significant letdown. We had looked forward to enjoying a refreshing swim during our stay, only to find the pool out of order for the entirety of our visit. This deprived us of a crucial amenity that had been advertised and expected. Furthermore, the ice machine not being fully functional upon our arrival added an inconvenience to our plans. Despite the property's advantageous location and proximity to the beach, the accumulation of cleanliness issues, non-functional pool, and lack of attention to detail left us with an overall sense of dissatisfaction. We sincerely hope that the property management takes these concerns seriously and takes immediate action to rectify the issues for future guests.

Everything we expected. Gorgeous home. Perfect Location!!!

My husband and I took our children and grandchildren here for a little getaway. The house was very clean and stocked with all the necessary appliances and things we needed. The mother-in-law suite off of the main house was perfect for our kids and their children. The pool was wonderful having half of it undercover and the other half in the sun. It was walking distance to all the cute little stores, restaurants and beach. I cannot say enough this was a perfect decision for our family. We will definitely be going back there again and letting our friends know about it. You will not be disappointed...it is very spacious and roomy and you will love it just like we did.

Hospital Clean!

This is the cleanest home I have ever rented! The management team was wonderful. It was a streamlined process for a relaxing vacation. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all of the outdoor space. It was very private and close to the beach! Overall an amazing experience! Thank you all!

Amazing Property!

We booked this house for 10 of our family and friends to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The house, décor and location were absolutely perfect. The house shows just as the pictures do. Plenty of space or everyone with all of the basic amenities. We would absolutely stay here again! I do not have any complaints other than the ice maker not working. :)

Outdoor living

We absolutely loved the outdoor pool and hot tub area. Mother in law suite was also nice for additional guests. The TV by the out door pool area needs replaced. Also the beds for this quality of house need replaced. Could use some paint touch ups throughout as well. Otherwise overall great house and location.

Highly recommend!

Me, my husband, 17 year old son, and two small dogs stayed at Daiquiri Deck for two weeks at the end of Oct/beginning of Nov... We chose this home because we needed some extra room for my son’s remote learning and my husbands work-from-home (stupid Covid!☹️) We absolutely loved our stay! There was one small issue with the refrigerator/freezer upon our arrival but AMI was immediately responsive and rectified the issue within minutes of my call. I would email questions about things here and there to AMI and their response time was alway immediate! I cannot say enough about the home and the agency...we travel a lot and stay in VRBO homes often, this was by far the best experience we have ever had... Book it!

A Dream Vacation

Beach house paradise, beds are super comfortable, house decorated and cleaned to perfection, best pool and outside areas condusive for families to converse, have fun, swim weather you like being in the sun or not they have half opened and half covered. Close to everything and super close to the beach. Excellent communication, first time in this area and it won't be our last. Highly recommend!!

Daiquiri Deck Experience

Had a murky pool for 3 out of 4 day stay, on the good day Spa stopped working, but I’m leaving that at pool guy not doing job efficiently And/Or poor management for which We paid excessive fees for our stay. Otherwise was Ok. I’d recommend if was cheaper and without all the excessive fees.😔

Family Covid escape

Great house!!!! The best part of this home is the outside pool area which is partly covered making the everyday rain showers no problem! Guests who wanted shade could enjoy the area along with those who wanted to sunbathe! Very few properties offer that! Inside the home is beautiful! Only negatives are the mattresses need to be replaced and the beach wagon has seen its last day. The location is a bit far from the beach but close to shopping/restaurants. Would definitely still recommend!

Beautiful beach home!

Check in process was a breeze done remotely, house was beautiful and as described. Plenty of tvs throughout the house including one poolside. House had everything we needed to cook meals during our stay including a grill by the pool. Pool and hot tub were great amenities to have and was the spot to be. House was very clean upon arrival and departure was very simple as well. Looking forward to another stay in the house soon!

Fabulous location and pool area!

This home has a fabulous location and pool area! Most of the inside is very nice and well maintained. However, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and seemed quite worn down. One sink in the master bath is broken, leaks profusely if used, and has significant mold visible underneath it. Also, the door to the in law suite wouldn’t lock the entire week. While the positives of this house outweigh the issues mentioned, they should still be remedied.

Fantastic property on Anna Maria Island

We stayed at Daiquiri Deck on Anna Maria Island managed by AMI Locals and we just wanted to say a big "Thank You" to the owners and the management company.....everything was just perfect! The house was amazing, beautifully decorated with high-end appliances and immaculately clean and tidy. It is very spacious and has excellent living space, bedroom and bathrooms. The pool and jacuzzi area is cleverly designed to afford sunny and shady areas all day long, with plenty of comfortable seating, a pool table and BBQ. The beautiful beach was just a few minutes walk away and there were a good selection of portable chairs and even a pulley-trolley available for us to take everything down with us. We cannot recommend this property highly enough, and throughout the whole booking process (as well as during our stay) AMI Locals were very informative and great to deal with. Five Stars and 10 out of 10 for every category - we will definitely be coming back to Anna Maria Island and this property.....what a wonderful hidden-gem of a place!

Fabulous house

The house was so great. The best thing for us was that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The pool made this house a place we want to return to every time we go to Anna Maria Island. The only improvement I can think of is that a bathroom be placed downstairs. That way, after swimming you can use that bathroom and not have to go through the house. Aside from that it was perfect!

New Beautiful Home

We loved everything about the house, the pool was beautiful and big just enough room for everyone, the only negative part I would say the house is not equipped for small children, I had to rent all the children equipment from ABC rental which was not expensive but some homes provide it! Also the kitchen was not fully stacked with pots and pans there was only few! The knifes was dull ! But overall it was a wonderful house and we would most likely come back ! Please note that the walk to the beach is 7 minutes with kids and stroller!
