    THINGS TO KNOW



    Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October

Great House!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is very convenient to main street, piers, ice cream and beaches. Super clean, comfortable beds, huge washer and dryer, nice kitchen. Thank you for a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was so nice. Very walkable to Bean Point Beach, Pine Ave & Beachfront Park. The pool was wonderful. I was nervous about the pool alarm after reading other reviews, but it must've been disarmed so we never had it go off. The lanai is not baby proof at all (very large openings in the railing that lead down a flight of stairs) but we held our littles if we had the door to that room open. I'd come back again!

Furniture was comfortable, beds were good, spacious, room to separate from others, great pool area. Chefs will not love the small kitchen, designers will not love the layout, painters will not love the paint….. great place to enjoy fun and family

This house had all that we needed, beds were very comfortable, having a third shower outside was also convenient. The pool was pretty dirty and a few amenities could be upgraded

Great location for a relaxing vacation

Although the house is a bit older and may not look as fancy as other ones in AMI area, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. The large private swimming pool is great to swim in even at night or early morning. And the house is very close to the beach (2 minutes walk), where we could swim and even watch dolphins almost every day. The Vacasa staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed them two times during our three weeks stay (one time the pool pump strainer was clogged and required cleaning, the other time the gas bottle for the barbecue grill was empty and had to be replaced) - and they fixed it within a few hours. All in all I highly recommend the place due to its specific location in the old (and niciest) part of AMI - if you tolerate that it is a bit older and not „super-fancy“.

A great spring break stay!

We had a great stay here during our Spring break. The property is well suited to a family. There is a lot of space and the backyard with the pool and deck area is fantastic. The pool has different steps and ledges which added to the fun with the kids. The place is dated, but comfortable. The kitchen is small but has more than everything you need. Our only complaint was that the pool company came to clean on Friday after at 2pm on our last full day. We couldn't swim for 3 hrs, which was frustrating. It would have been appreciated to have a heads up for when the pool would receive the maintenance so we could plan around. Being close to the Rod n' Reel pier was great, as well as to the local stores just a few blocks away. We had brought and rented bikes which made getting anywhere quick and easy. The walk to the main beach is a hike - about 1km or 10 min, but we had brought a wagon to pull our stuff back and forth. Thanks for a great week!

Clean and closer to the park/ beach than what we thought we would be. it is an older house but had everything that a fancy newer house would have, Beds were comfortable, TVs in every room was nice had a nice grill and the pool was clean and nice size. Plenty of seating with umbrellas.

It’s in a very peaceful area where you can truly feel the harmony and serenity—you can even hear the birds. It’s the perfect place to relax and find peace. Nice location and pool

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was clean enough and the pool was nice. The kitchen is small, but we were too busy eating out at all the fab local restaurants to care. There’s a large couch for everyone to hang together in the living room. The access to the garage is through one of the basement bedrooms, fyi. The sunroom is not conditioned and was too hot for us to use while we were there in June. Good location-the house is close to Pine Ave and an easy bike to the beach, bay, and bean point.

Considering this home is near the beach the house was SO clean, no sand at all when arriving. The pool was super clean and ready. Everything you would want for the beach or pool was available: cooler, floats, chairs, etc. Considering how difficult parking can be on the island having a two stall garage AND a drive way was wonderful. You are close enough to the beach AND shopping to walk!

Great for the a family

We really enjoyed this house, it was super roomy for our family of 6, the pool was very nice after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this rental to a friend.
