Absolutely beautiful home! Everything was as pictured in the photos! Beautiful beach location! We will defiantly be retiring to the island and hoping this home will be available again! By far our favorite place to stay yet!

We LOVED the house!! The only problem we had was with the television in the living room. The house was very nicely decorated and very clean. Did have a lot of steps which was somewhat of a downfall for older people. Nice proximity to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach and pool relaxation

Easy walk down quiet st about 7 houses to beach, don’t have to cross any roads like we’ve had to before. Pool was very nice and shaded from sun most times of day which made swimming pleasant. Watched movies on big screen tv from pool. Beds were comfortable, showers nice. Drove our golf cart to Pine Avenue, and around island. Beautiful house!

10 STARS! Would stay again!

Our entire group was blown away with this property! It had everything we could want...spacious rooms, very clean, gorgeous kitchen with sitting area to the side. The pool and hot tub were utilized everyday! We loved the outdoor bar, tv and grill area, along with the cornhole set and putting green. We didn't ever have to leave the house if we didn't want to. The location was superb...very short walk down a street lined with other beautiful, well kept homes. This was our third stay on Anna Maria, and definitely won't be our last!

Perfect place to Park & Chill

Our family of 6 adults stayed here between Christmas and New Year’s. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is also gorgeous! The house is walking distance to restaurants and bars, although renting bikes is better. It’s conveniently located on a quiet side street with beach access. We like to cook and this kitchen had everything we needed. Top of the line appliances!!! We also like to watch football; there were plenty of places to watch the college bowl games - from the hot tub, the patio or family room sofas. Of all the different houses we’ve rented, this one is our favorite. We hope to stay here again. *Something to note, there are 16 steps to the main floor and the same to the bedrooms. If stairs aren’t your thing, you’ll want to look elsewhere.

Ready to return

Park and Chill was everything advertised. You could walk straight to the end of the street for beach access, or rent a golf cart to ride. We love the location of the house being on the beach side of the main road. The pool was amazing to chill after a long day on the beach.. buy bug spray though.. mosquitoes were bad.We will definitely be returning to Anna Maria Island and would love to stay at this house again.

Great Spot in Anna Maria

Very clean and beautiful property about 7 houses from the beach. Great backyard and had everything we needed. Would suggest that the house has a bit more necessities including toliet paper, dishsoap, paper towels as that should be included in the price but overall I would recommend this property highly!

Amazing Property. The outdoor pool, spa, bar, eating area and surrounding palm trees are pure luxury. The home is decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you need for the perfect beach stay. Simple walk down a beautiful street to beach access. Highly recommend!

Great getaway!

House was a few houses from the beach entrance walkway. Nice and quiet street and the house is exactly like it was advertised. Had a few issues that were quickly taken care of except the pool that needs a few fixes. The house and property were super clean and well kept. Would return again!

Family vacation Jan. 2025

The house was beautiful, the beds cozy, close to ocean. And close to town.We loved it and would return. Our mistake was coming when we did, it was a little to cold, due to a cold front at that time which was not fault of the house. Our only complaint was the pool and hot tub were very hard to control, if the hot tub was warm the pool was freezing. If the hot tub was cold the pool was still to cold to use, which was kinda a big deal due to the weather being cold. That was a big bummer.they sent out some guys to help but it was the set up that just didnt work.We were never able to use the pool. Which would have been nice to have a warm pool for our grand daughter to swim in. The house was amazing and i would come back just would come when it was warmer.
