Very nice vacation rental for families. Need a better stock for guest of basic necessities (bath towels, wash cloths, dish towels, etc...). Some of the beach items (pull cart and shade tent need to be replaced. Host was very responsive (thank you). Anna Maria Island community and beaches were great. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Week

Great house with close proximity to the beach. Nice pool and pool area with billiards and ping pong. Replace broken beach chairs quickly and repaired hot tube the same day.

Precious Memories is a fantastic house to enjoy with family and Friends.This house was meant to enjoyed by a large group. the size and number of bedrooms and beds is perfect for a large group. Beds were comfortable and slept well all week.We enjoyed make all our meals in the large kitchen. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with utensils etc. We loved the Vitamix for drink making.Pool area was nice for evening meals, swimming, games on the large island. The pool and ping pong table were well used.Location was great! It is around a12 minute walk to the waters edge. We will definitely look into booking this house again in the future.

Spring Break 2025

We all agreed, of the dozen or so rentals we have had on AMI, this was the best house yet. So many beds… great kitchen and appliances, lovely pool and the layout worked so well. Highly recommend.

Precious Memories

The house was beautiful!!! Pool was area was wonderful. We were a bit nervous because our first house we booked was sold and we had to switch which I kind of wish I was told something like that can happen because was totally unaware of that. Everything turned out great and we all had a great time. I would definitely come back to this house and recommend it !!

Amazing Property!

We loved this house! Would highly recommend. We stayed here during the week of July 4th with 9 adults and 2 children. The house looks just like the pictures. The few small maintenance issues we found(broken closet door and TV not working) were quickly corrected after calling the management company. The house conveniently had lots of beach towels, beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella and wagon! Beach access is an easy walk from the house. The outdoor space was amazing. Lots of chairs and space for everyone to relax. We rented bikes and golf carts to explore the rest of the island, which was beautiful! Very golf cart friendly community with lots of cute boutiques and local restaurants. Don't pass up this house!

Fabulous Family Rental!

What a great house for our multi-generational family of 10! There was something for everyone, and the gorgeous pool and billiards table were a huge hit. Everyone loved the dining room table which allowed family dinners together and coloring without worry. The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach. I truly appreciated that the owners left a guide to the tv and kitchen cooktop, which was induction. Also, kudos to Anna Maria Life for their quick response to our need for a fan and a plugged tub. One quick note--the ice maker is still broken. I would happily rent Precious Memories again.

Great Rental for a big family!

The house was awesome, and had everything we needed. The beach was a close 6 minute walk from the front door and it was quiet and clean. We would certainly recommend and come back here!

A Beach House for all groups!

We have rented many beach houses in Florida and this one easily came with everything you need. The outdoor space was exceptional and our only complaints were things we had to try and think of…..not things that affected our trip.

Lovely Stay

The 3 story home had all the amenities you would look for in a beach getaway. High end finishes and appliances made the trip very relaxing. The pool table, and pool area was great for watching the games and staying out of the sun. The grill also came stocked with two propane canisters and was quite clean. There were a couple cigars and cigarette butts by the fences that the cleaners may have missed but did not impact our stay. The tv by the pool was hooked up to a broken outlet. AMI property managers were great about getting someone out there to fix it quickly and we ended up using a different outlet for our stay. The dishwasher looks to be broken on the first level and needs looking into. The pool does not get quite as much sun as you would expect but we also stayed in February so the time of year may have impacted this. It was also a bit lacking that for a one week stay we get a very very small amount of supplies. Aside from these minor inconveniences the place was phenomenal and we would definitely go again.

Great location - family style house

This property had all the amenities. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything that you would need. If you are used to K cup coffee, though, they only have a traditional coffee maker. That is the only thing in the kitchen that you will lack. Everything else is top notchi-a beverage fridge and an extra refrigerator downstairs in the garage which you have access to. There is a nice drop zone area on the ground floor that makes for a good catchall space for the sand. The house could’ve been cleaner upon check in but, once we called the rental company, they remedied the situation and sent over a cleaning crew-it was just super Sandy. Everything else was lovely. The sheets were high quality and very soft.The rental team were wonderful to work with, and really a great experience overall. Everything was forgiven because of their expeditious nature. The home could have more bathroom space, but we made it work. There is not another shower on the second floor for the middle bedroom. However, we just had the guests in that room, shower in the master shower for the week while we were there, and it worked. The outdoor space for the home is really nice!!.It would’ve been wonderful if there were good pool sticks with nicer tips to shoot, but this was not the case.m, we just made it work. The pool was nice with water features and the hot tub was very warm. Everything was functional and easy to use. A VERY nice property. We would rent again. We VRBO a lot and liked this place!❤️

Needs attention!

Unfortunately the entire outside facilities needed maintenance. Grill doesn’t work, outside Televisions didn’t operate, billiards cues are in bad shape. Pool had all types of fruit and party favors inside. The main house was great but also extremely dirty, found trash and inappropriate obscenities spelled out by previous guest on welcoming board. Just overall needs thorough cleaning!

Pool heater not working

Disatnce to beach in description says close to beach. One block from beach entrance two blocks across dune to beach. Smoke detectors kept going off in the middle of the night. But worst was you could not adjust the temp in the house lower than 2 degrees. House was stuffy and hit. My daughter has asthma and had a hard time breathing in the house.
