"This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...

"Apartment is on first floor overlooking Lake Annecy and views from the balcony are breathtaking. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything you’d need. Bedrooms were of a good size and beds comfortable. 10 minute walk through lakeside park and you are in the town where there are many shops, bars and restaurants."
