「We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.」

「1. Aircon was very noisy. No response to the request of changing room. 2. Having been waken up many times by the slam of doors of neighbors for some nights and totally could not sleep in a night because of the talking and giggling of a group of guests in a room until 5am. No regulation and poor sound insulation.」

「Great location on Bai do Citron, class to Anse Vata. The apartment was huge. While not dirty, there were a few blemishes the wife had to clean, but no deal breaker.」

「we stayed at the Ramada Noumea for 7x nights, the first night we decide to have dinner at the restaurant as our flight was a late arrival. unfortunately the restaurant was booked out... the staff could not recommond us an alternative place to go. The following day we decided to spend sometime at the hotel pool, we asked reception where do we get the pool towels, the manager handed us over 1x pool towel, I mentioned that there are 2 of us so could we have 2x towels please... his said that they...

「周辺はビジネス街なので、夕方以降は店が閉まっているし、人があまり歩いていない。レストランも営業日を確認しないと夜は閉まっている店が多い。しかし、なんと言っても場所が便利です。バスターミナル、フェリー乗り場、銀行、スーパー、朝市など徒歩圏内で約５分で行けます。スタッフの方は皆さん親切でした。余談ですが、徒歩、２分くらいで行ける。The Villageの中にブルワリービールが飲める店がありました。滞在中に気に入って何度か通いました。」

「Sandra, with the aid of Google Translate made us feel welcome and at ease straight away. The cottage we stayed in was quirky, very clean and well-equipped including free WiFi. Local facilities aren't so good, you'll definitely need a car and the local beaches aren't ideal for swimming or snorkelling but there is a pool to lounge in and around. Noumea is about half an hour drive away and there are some museums and things to do there. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay there...
