Perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and activities, this stylish three-room flat welcomes up to 4 guests with modern comfort. Enjoy a sunny terrace with partial sea and countryside views, plus a balcony.



Amenities include fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV with 220+ channels, and DVD player. Private, secure garage (max height 1.80 m); alternative parking may be available depending on vehicle height and availability.



Sleeping area: Two spacious bedrooms with premium Tempur mattresses and pillows—one queen bed (160x200) and two twin beds (90x200).



Bathroom: Large walk-in shower, hair dryer.



Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, matching dishes, wine and champagne glasses, washing machine.

Laure and her team were so kind and easy to work with. The home is quite large, kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal for our family. Close by grocery stores, shops, restaurants and a 1 min walk from the train. You can see the ocean and the alps from the balconies! 15 min walk to old town. Highly recommend.
