“Four days before my arrival, I contacted the resort to let them know I would be celebrating my birthday and requested that my room be decorated. When I arrived a little after 12:00 p.m., I waited nearly three hours for my room to be ready, and it still wasn't decorated. I was told it would be done the following day, but it never happened. “Beaches were beautiful and the staff were quite friendly. Housekeeping was a bit slow(forgot towels on two days and took 45 minutes to receive new ones). Rooms were clean and well attended. As was the beach.”

“Constantly ran out of water bottles, ran out of several type of alcoholic beverages at an all inclusive. The staff were hit or miss on whether or not they were helpful or not. The resort is beautiful but clearly understaffed or not properly staffed. Our room fridge was not restocked properly and the sheets were not changed only made up. Experiences may vary but this was ours.”

“Overall the property was amazing. The all inclusive is not what I’m use too, but the food was definitely delicious since it’s was done to order. Overall the staff was great food was great. You have a pool in the room so having only one pool on the property was fine.”

“This resort was amazing and I have never been treated better. The property was beautiful, the gardens were amazing, the views were great. We loved our room, the dunk pool, the outdoor shower, the cabana. We will definitely be back.”
