The hotel pictures must all be AI because there was no hot tub which we were looking forward to the most, a folding table for a front desk, and no bar or restaurant. 「Staff were rude, unprofessional and terrible. The whole place smelled foul. The room had all kinds of issues. Breakfast was over at nine on Saturday, which is ridiculous and the coffee was weak and poor.」

「Loved they had a later check-out (noon). Stayed in a whirlpool suite, it was clean, quiet and had a nice set-up. I could connect my phone to the tv (through a cord) for movies (didn’t watch tv but pretty sure they had local channels). Nice double head shower. Big bathroom. Roomy. Staff was great. Breakfast was decent- hot and cold typical breakfast foods. 」

「This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.」

Or the hasp lock security connected that was our fault. Otherwise, everything else good she did apologize multiple times when checking out.」
