It comprises :
Living area: lounge with TV, dining area and comfortable sofa bed.
A fully-equipped kitchen: microwave/grill, hob, fridge, small dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffeemaker and all you need for your meals.
Sleeping area: bedroom with recent double bed (140 cm) and large closet.
A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit, accessible from the bedroom.
Separate WC for added comfort.

Outside areas: A small loggia where you can store your bikes or other equipment (please note that the bikes shown in the photo are not included in the rental price). There's also an east-facing balcony, ideal for enjoying quiet mornings.
