"TV was almost impossible to use."

"Great location and house layout. Quality beds. Nicely appointed and plenty of seating and dinnerware to accommodate 8 adults. The house was reasonably clean but needed a good deep clean. Chandeliers, ceiling fans, bathroom fan covers were layered with dust and cobwebs and the and hood vents were greasy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The trees across the street have grown since the online picture and starting to obstruct the view a little. "

"We loved this house. The view from the deck is amazing. The resident Pat elk were fun to watch. The value was great. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and very adequate. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Don't go to this house if you're expecting to bring your teenage friends and have a party. This is perfect for us. We did have an issue with the internet being down But they got that resolved and it was no fault of the owner or the house. There is very limited cell service in that area. It's a wonderful beach with a really neat access. They did not list all the amenities. The homeowner was excellent to work with we will probably rent it again. Thank you Martina"

"The house was extremely clean. There were excellent views from every room, and the constant hum of the ocean drowned out all other noise. It feels like just you and the ocean. The sunset was perfectly framed through the giant windows every evening, which made dinners very special.The maintenance staff was impressively responsive, showing up within 10 minutes when the heater got stuck on. He also went above and beyond and dealt with the garbage/recycling for us without disturbing us at all.The whole experience was peaceful and exactly what I had hoped for."

"We stayed at Arch Cape for a girls trip and it was everything it says and then some. Our beds were so so so comfy! The house was very very clean, the kitchen has everything you need. The location of the house is perfect from all restaurant and beach activities. Hot tub was very relaxing and easy to use. Communication with the host was very accessible, like they state in their description, service is spotty but we enjoyed the disconnection. nothing but great things. We would love to visit again some day! "
