“The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected.”

“I booked this stay for both of my daughters’ birthdays who are 4 days apart. When I arrived, I did the usual - ID, CC for incidentals, got the room keys. It was only the. I was notified the pool and hot tub were under construction and not in working order. I commend the front desk person as he graciously cancelled my rooms w/o any fees. I did explain I specifically booked the hotel for the pool plus hot tub which many other hotels did not offer both amenities. My complaint here is there was……
