“This is a beautiful property with a historic charm. A blend of clean and modern design yet retaining the history of the building a preserving the unearthed historical treasures of the past. Arezzo is an undiscovered town without the crowds of many tourists. The location of this B&B is perfect everything g is walkable, and there is so much to discover outside and around Arezzo. “We had such a wonderful stay in Arezzo. The property was in a great location, just a few steps away from everything. Gianfranco was a great host, he’s easy to communicate with, very attentive, and made sure we’re comfortable. His property was clean, spacious and safe. Breakfast was good :) We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting this beautiful city.”

“The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. You must reach out to get directions. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your……

“La camera andrebbe rivista: l’armadio aveva le ante che cadevano a pezzi e non tute le prese della corrente erano funzionanti. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci ha proposto un cambio stanza. Ottima la colazione ”

“The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly! The hotel had great parking. Easy access to all sides of town. The restaurant was excellent also. Our only complaint was the beds. They were very uncomfortable. ”
