“Not good”

“First time staying at this new hotel and everything about it was great would definitely stay again”

“Staffs were nice and polite. However the room was a bit old, heater was dusty; soundproofing was bad, you could hear people walking and talking outside; no hair dryer no shampoo; furnitures were scratched.”

“Very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind.”

“The staff are very welcoming.”

“Good and clean room are very impressive. The breakfast has two options. I enjoyed the break and bagel very well.”

“Great”

“The room smoke detector was missing. There were just wires hanging from the ceiling. The shower had good hot water but the tub fixture was just hanging. The bathroom had a cockroach in it. The breakfast was very good. The place really needs a complete renovation. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Liked my room, onsite laundry, and complimentary coffee. Did not like the parking situation. It is hard to get out of the parking lot. Did not like the noisy guests. Undesireable people stay there.”

“I will say that the staff and the property were very good. There were a lot of other issues that occurred that made our stay… not that pleasant. There was a lot of noise from the room directly above us. We called the front desk to get them to stop, which thankfully they did. Then in the middle of the night there was a ton of yelling and talking out in the hallway that woke us up. The last thing that occurred was that around 6am, the was a fire alarm that went off and evacuated the entire hotel.……

“Dispite construction property was clean and functional. Price was pretty high for the location. Right next to the freeway. Staff were helpful.”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, convenient laundry facility. What I did not like was 1) the noisy cat in the guest room next to me, and 2) the shower only had between cold and warm water.”
