“Affordable hotel in old town Cartagena close to restaurants and shopping centers. A nice place that is close to a lot of entertainment.”

“Nice, very well located hotel. Didn’t need uber or taxi to get anywhere as most everything I wanted to see/do was within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the pool in the courtyard was very nice to have access to as well. The breakfast included is also great, much better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cartagena!”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“The property itself is beautiful, but the guest policy was frustrating. If an additional guest is not present at check-in due to a delayed flight or arriving on a different day, adding them later becomes a hassle. Communication is also handled almost entirely through WhatsApp by someone off-site, which made resolving issues more difficult than expected. This was my second stay, and I was hoping for a better experience than my first, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I ended up checking……
