“The property setting is definitely rural country, remote and private. The interior of the house is quite large and can accommodate groups. The home was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the outdoors grilling on the weber gas grill and our day visitors played basketball and used the trampoline. We brought our own lawn chairs which were more comfortable than their outdoor seating. Overall our group was very pleased with their stay.”

“We arrived and the a/c wasn't working. The property manager communicated that someone would be there the next morning but we should open the front and back door for the breeze. It was cool outside but over 80 inside. The back door was open but we couldn't open the front door because there was no screen door and mosquitos and other bugs could get in. The windows would not open. She did bring two fans over and the maintenance worker did come and fix the a/c the next day. The outside and window……

“What a great stay! This house near Kaw Lake was exactly what we were looking for. Very recently remodeled, and everything was as advertised. Great house in the country very close to Kaw Lake, and had room for our boat trailer. Kitchen, baths, and bedrooms were very clean and we really enjoyed everything. Extremely easy check-in process and communication from the property manager. Bed's were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!!”

“We reserved this place to stay for my dads memorial service in Dexter. The listing shows it sleeps 10 which is far from true. There were only 7 beds. 1 queen, and 6 twins! The listing breakout showed 4 bedrooms and futons/sleep sofas in the common area. When we arrived, we found 3 rooms upstairs containing the beds. No futons/sleep sofas where to be found anywhere. We had counted on those in planning our stay and ended up with people sleeping on the floor. We were advised there would be a……
