"Unfortunately I did not have the same experience as others that I read before booking this hotel. We checked in late (around 10pm) and when we got to our room we quickly noticed that it was not very clean, the floors were sticky with random dust and garbage in the corners, the counters were sticky, the tub was kinda gross. The TV was not hooked up, in fact the cable box was just dangling from the table. However the beds looked clean so we checked for bugs and just decided to go to sleep and address it the next day. When we woke up we found a random camera bag with an SD card in the chair at the desk, and when I brought it to the desk and told her about the status of the room she replied “well was it like that last night” basically said I should’ve done something about it then. She took the camera bag and just set it on the floor like she knew where it was from. She’s right honestly we should’ve said something when we got there but we were exhausted and let it go at the time. We will not stay here again. "

"The air conditioning didn’t work in my room the first night. I became overheated and passed out in the bathroom. The second night I was moved to another room, and there was a lot of noise in the adjacent rooms. The third night I was taken to the hospital by ambulance. A family member had to retrieve my belongings the next day."
