「When I checked in, the reception lady upsell us to upgrade the room with paying extra money to join the BBQ buffet and with a seaview room. However I found the money was not worth, it was even cheaper if I upgrade my room from expedia. It was just with a tiny narrow seaview, wasting money.
And the room was not clean. Toilet was awful. The boiler was not working on second night. The engineer said need to wait until next day. The reception lady ask us to wait in the next day. She did not think to...

「The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day.
Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm.
The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive.
Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too).
There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island.」
