Sehr freundliche Leute. Dank der Freundlichkeit, werden viele Mängel im Service kompensiert. Doch diese sind für das Preisniveau nicht akzeptabel und sollte schnellstmöglichst behoben werden. Zu viele falsche Gerichte und Getränke , falscher Zeitpunkt des Weins, vergessene Bestellungen und somit enorme Wartezeiten, falsche Rechnungen. Die Häufigkeit ist viel zu hoch und hinterlässt trotz aller Freundlichkeit einen mittelmäßigen Eindruck, auch wenn sich das Personal immer wieder sehr nett entschuldigt hat.

Fantastic hotel in Arosa

Second time we visited the hotel and at least as good as last year. Tip top family vacation. Everything superb from arrival to departure. I was there with three kids and we loved every second of it. Highly recommended for a family ski trip!

Cancelled my reservation and refused to refund

We booked a double room with balcony at the Arosa Kulm at a cost of over $800 per night - we pre-paid for the room in full. We chose the hotel because a group of friends had agreed to stay at the hotel and ski in Arosa for the weekend. We also chose the hotel because we have a 3 month old daughter and the facilities for children looked great - including a child's spa. Thus we were exceptionally disappointed to receive an email from the Arosa Kulm while driving to the resort to inform us that they had cancelled our reservation and moved us to another hotel. The second hotel was not a 5 star hotel and more importantly it meant we would not be staying in the same location as the friends we were travelling with. Considering that they had cancelled our booking without prior approval from me I asked for a refund instead. I was informed that my room reservation was non-refundable and that there was nothing I could do. I found this a completely unacceptable response. Whilst I did not end up staying at the hotel my impression of the staff was that they were very arrogant and service quality was not at the level I would expect from a hotel in the price category. We did join our friends to eat there on the Saturday night (in their family Italian restaurant) and whilst the food was good the decor of the restaurant felt very dated. I would not book with this hotel again as I would have no confidence that my reservation would be honored.

Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, allerdings im Dauerstress. Dies liegt vermutlich am System: z.B. Im hauseigenen Restaurant Stüva hatten wir um 18:30 Uhr einen Tisch zum Nachtessen, um 21:30 Uhr schliesst das Restaurant wieder. Das Essen (Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Dessert) wurde und innert 1 Stunde serviert. Kaum hatten wir einen Gang beendet, kam der nächste. Auch hier, sehr freundliches Personal, jedoch immer im Vollgastempo. Auch dass das Hotel kein eigenes „inhaus parking“ hat, war uns nicht bewusst. Man hat uns mitgeteilt, dass das Parking chf 25.-/ pro Nacht kostet, was wir dann auch buchten. Danach stellten wir fest, das unser Auto im öffentlichen Parkhaus (ca. 100 m weiter) abgestellt wurde, welches „öffentlich“ chf 17.- kostet.

Nice but overpriced hotel

The Kulm is a nice hotel with lots of facilities like the spa and various restaurants. The spa area has nice views of the mountains and excellent facilities. The decor is not to my taste with a lot of stainless steel and straight lines, but it is very functional. The standard rooms are well equipped but need an upgrade on the decor and furniture. There are many more options in Arosa that offer better quality stay for the price. I don’t think this hotel is value for money. In my view it is far too expensive for what they offer

Ski weekend

We arrived Friday afternoon and had called the hotel before with short notice about a pickup at the trainstation. This was no problem. The greeting & check in process was smooth and very welcoming. We had a nice room with balcony facing the sloopes. We started off with the pool & spa which is a very nice part of the hotel and very modern. This was followed by a dinner in the Taverne where I had one of the best filet of beef in a long time. Next day was set for skiing and the hotels ski room is spacious and easy to access. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel (they have a stop named after the hotel). Skiing is good and we had a lot of fresh snow. We ended up having lunch in a Italian restaurant at the end of the slope which turned out to be owned by the hotel. Very good food and service as well. The afternoon was spent in the spa again and dinner in the buffe restaurant which was excellent. We cant complain on the breakfast either... Highly recommended!

Relaxing venue at the end of Summer season.

I have stayed at this superb hotel previously in September and it is consistently excellent as the Summer season draws to a close. The staff maintain high standards of efficiency and competence combined with genuine warmth and friendliness. The facilities are very good and pending refurbishment could well enhance them.

Ehrwürdiges Hotel in Arosa. Ausgezeichneter Service vom durchwegs aufmerksamen Personal. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast jederzeit willkommen und wird wie ein König behandelt. Das Frühstück sucht seinesgleichen.

舒適的滑雪酒店

酒店房是不錯，但餐廳都很爆滿要預約，由於周圍都是用德語，服務員亦不會主動解釋，不論滑雪或其他活動都要花很多時間才可以

最高にリラックス出来ました。

部屋はきれいに掃除され夕方はターンダウンサービスもあってとても快適でした。 ロビーは広々としていて、ソファーが沢山あり、チェスが置いてあったりとゆっくり寛ぐ事が出来ました。 最高だったのはプールが全面ガラスばりで景色が良く、山々を眺めながら、プールベッドで無料の紅茶を飲んだりととてもリラックス出来た事です。 夕食は2日ともホテルで食べ、美味しかったですが値段はやっぱり高いですね。 バス停が目の前で便利だった事、アローザカード、また駅の送迎サービスも助かりました。 朝食はテラスで、山々を前に、ウェイターの方たちも感じが良く、気持ちの良い朝の時間を過ごせました。
