Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a generously spaced open-plan living space, alluring you with a modern fireplace - perfect for chilly evenings. Make use of our vast collection of movies and board games, or engage in delightful conversation around the dining table while enjoying delicacies prepared in our fully-equipped kitchen. Ample preparation space and modern appliances make for effortless meal preparations.

The property masters versatility, comfortably hosting up to eight guests across three bedrooms. Rejuvenate in the primary suite fitted with a plush king-sized bed and a private bathroom featuring both shower and bathtub facilities. The well-appointed guest bedroom offers a queen bed, sharing an elegant bathroom with a comfortable queen-sized sofa sleeper located in the living area.

For a touch of privacy, explore our separate casita. Housing a queen bed, bathroom, and quaint kitchenette, this intimate space invigorates romance or solitude.

Step out onto our patio to witness the majesty of the New Mexico landscape. Our private hot tub, tucked under the immense desert sky, poses as an ideal space for releasing the day's endeavors whilst admiring the stunning vista. An enthusiastic chef? Our BBQ grill invites you to sizzle some local flavors. Enjoy your meals outdoors, surrounded by the mesmerizing desert's beauty.

Nevertheless, we understand comfort is crucial. Hence, our property is well-equipped with essential amenities such as heating, washer, dryer, and an indoor fireplace. For your safety, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit are strategically placed.

Guests are granted unrestricted access to the entire property; the main house, the casita, private hot tub, and covered parking space. With our smart lock system, check-in and check-out are seamless processes. Secure parking under the carport or in front of the house guarantees your peace of mind.

But remember, our property prides itself on maintaining a smoke-free and allergy-free environment, and therefore does not permit smoking or pets within its premises.
