“Seemed like there is one person running the whole thing. The lobby and the bar looked really nice. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a dog friendly hotel.”

We arrived late for check in, but it was not a problem at all as the considerate staff at this wonderful B&B left instructions on how to get onsite, where to park (for free), and codes to the property and our room door. We had a large warm and very welcoming bedroom with a fireplace, a comfy couch and a rocking chair. The bathroom was huge with a jacuzzi style soaking tub, and a separate shower and toilet. “A few things keep this from being 5 star across the board: no hair dryer in the room and casita private courtyard landscaping not maintained like rest of the grounds. Otherwise, this place is a gem in Taos.”

“We had a great stay. The hotel appears to be newly renovated, and everything felt fresh, clean, and modern. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful new bathroom. The kitchenette was very convenient, featuring a microwave, small refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. Having two TVs was also a nice bonus. Overall, the room was well-equipped, spotless, and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!”

“I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was sparkling clean, they have real coffee cups in the room, and breakfast was made to order eggs waffles and bacon. Beautiful setting and they made the most of what they had. I would stay there again and would recommend. The bathroom is small, upstairs rooms require stairs but beautiful setting and walking distance to everything.”

“Wonderful B&B. Rooms are wonderful. Large rooms. Only 3-4 minutes to center of town. Breakfast each day was great. Can’t believe there are better options on places to stay. Highly recommend.”

“Right next to lift 1 at the base, where there are chairs to sit and enjoy the view. Comfortable room with full kitchen. Just what I was looking for, a quiet, cool place to escape the heat and do some hiking. If you’ve never done it, Williams Lake is my favorite hike in New Mexico. Prior to July 4 (and maybe after) the restaurants at the ski area are only open Th-Sun. So if you don’t bring food, you have to drive back to Taos.”
