The staff is absolutely incredible, all of them: from the front desk, concierge, restaurants, cleaning room services, casinos, pool grounds and hotel-resort grounds staff; they truly want you to have the best experience and go out of their way to make our stay memorable and special. Our family has been returning to RIU Palace for the last 10 plus years and there’s no place we would rather be. The food is always delicious and plenty, varieties galore. Plenty of restaurants, activities around to-do, the entire resort is clean and MOST importantly, family friendly!! This is the resort you want to bring your family to.
