Thank you to Jadee and Raoul who made our days at the pool/beach wonderful. But most of all thank you to Enrique, Kiara and Rafael, casino staff who helped me when I had a bad episode of very low blood pressure and almost passed out. They jumped right into action and kept me comfortable and took loving care of me……

“The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly……
