“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. “Wonderful hotel right on the beach! Pool and hot tubs were spotless, swim up bar was perfect- especially loved the soft sandy beach.
