“We recently went for Umrah in Makkah and stayed at the Voco Hotel. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is still new, very clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. One of the biggest conveniences was the 24/7 shuttle bus service to the Haram, which made going back and forth extremely easy and stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would……

“Lovely, clean and spacious rooms. Wonderfully helpful staff, amazing breakfast spread with an incredibly large seating area. Two separate routes to the haram, one internal via the clock tower building or one via the external main road. Great location.. only negative is that not all lifts go to the ground floor so occasionally you get a lift which takes you to P4 and you need another lift to take you to the ground floor but that's a minor issue. ”

“The staff were really nice and our room was clean. Good location as well. Only thing is we didn’t get room service throughout our stay and had to call for toilet tissue and bin change, however they sent someone within 5 minutes. Overall, we were happy!”

“The staff were incredible. Check in was quick and efficient. It did not take 15 minutes. I was fortunate to get an upgrade because of my status in Marriott’s membership program. “The staff members were very friendly, especially the male receptionist during night shift and the concierge named Fahim. The rooms were always left super clean, stutter/bus service was on time, although the driver sometimes came 2 minutes before departure time. The breakfast service was good, healthy options available. Would definitely love to come back again. ”
