「Very big and clean hotel. Staffs were great and helpful. However, it would be nice if they could modify/ include some meats to the breakfast buffet, for those who want to have a brunch. The transportation was another cons for the stay. The shuttle bus provided takes too long time to get to haram and they drop you half way and make you take public bus just to drop you off under bridge of clock tower. The haram masjid is just about 3- 5 mins drive away if you drive straight down the road....

「We had issues with our key 4 times it would stop working everytime we would come back to the room. We had to go down to the reception at 2am, wait for someone to come so we can get back into our room after finisning our Umrah. Our luggage was an hour late arriving into our room which delayed our plans. We thought booking Pullman Zam Zam would give us peace of mind since we had such short stay, instead everytime we got back to the hotel we had to run back down to reception to fix the key! The...

「That was very bad experience this time We paid for deluxe room we got a regular room Non body was taking care of this issue we were Bouncing between Expedia and the property who can fix the issue we ended up by staying ( not our choice ) Expedia taking time to respond and time running out Hopefully they give us a refund for the inconvenience Room service was horrible Staff not professional Communication between staff very slow sorry I being negative but this is not the HILTON we know...

「Me and my husband stayed in the Hilton suites hotel for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the welcome greetings of the front desk to the great service of the house keeping to the breakfast buffet and their nice staff and the restaurant staff and I don’t want to forget the amazing view of the hotel seeing the masjid Al Haram Everything was great and I will definitely plan to visit again soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」
