“Our room was very large, which was nice. This also created issues, as the only towel bar was 8 feet away from the shower. We stayed 4 nights but cleaning staff was minimal so we had to ask every day for any service such as garbage dumped or towels changed. They only made up the room once. The pool was large but the hot tub jets were angled so that they shot up out of the water so that they were loud and sprayed you, making the tub basically unusable. The breakfast was disappointing in that it……

“When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go……
