「Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing.」

「Great place to stay for hikers who want to go to Grayson Highlands (15 min. away in Va.) or do other outdoor activities in Ashe Co. Very clean, comfortable beds, and lots of bunnies and deer in the yard. We attended the Fly Around Fest in Lansing and it was wonderful.」

「We did not expect to drive on roads that were like minimum maintenance. The ad said gravel, but it was lacking gravel in many places. One of the roads had a no trespassing sign, so we did not think that was the right road, but guess it was. We were very hesitant to go down it. The miles of poor road exceeded what we expected. It was difficult for us to find it. Many turns and twists. WE planned to go in and out several times and my husband was not at all impressed to drive this at night. ...

「This cabin is perfect for two! Decor is attractive with mountain theme. The back porch is perfect, about 15 feet from a rushing stream. Wonderful if you like being away from everything and everybody. If you need to be entertained you might want to stay closer to civilization. Bed, recliner, and couch are all comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. I recommend this cabin」

「We loved this cabin! It was easy to find. The road to it is paved, except for a short part that is gravel. No problem at all finding it. Everything is on one level. The back deck is beautiful. Cabin is surrounded by pretty trees. It's decorated so cute and homey. Bed was comfortable. It has a washer and dryer. No iron and ironing board. There are deer that come near the cabin. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The kitchens were well stocked and they had stainless steel pans as well. The micro fiber sheets were hot and the basement was quite humid as there wasn't a "dry" setting on the split. The owner was very helpful & responsive to our inquiries and/or issues. Ceiling fans in the upstairs would be a great add for moving air out of the LR & into the bedrooms. I would stay here again for sure.」

「The cabin was really nice. Overall, there was nothing that would keep us from booking it again. Once we checked in, we didn’t move the truck until it was time to go home. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The hot tub was fantastic, the property grounds were wonderful, and the check in process was easy. The only thing keeping it from being five stars, is there were a few things that were just a little run down. Light switch with the cover over the actual switch was missing, the upper deck...
