  • Newly Remodeled Timber Ridge Condominium, great Value condo in the heart of Aspen! Easy access, ground floor two bedroom/two bath unit sleeps up to eight, located just a few blocks from Lift One and the Gondola Plaza. Condo adjacent to Koch Park and the Ajax Trail. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in the Aspen Core.

    This bright end unit offers views of both Aspen Mountain and Shadow Mountain in a quiet neighborhood. Two block walk to the complimentary RFTA bus to Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, and Buttermilk ski areas with return drop off right in front of the building. Free Aspen Downtowner transportation via their website. Private parking for one vehicle. On-street parking for one other vehicle available on request. Electric vehicle charging available.

    The condo features a fully-equipped and newly remodeled kitchen complete with alder wood cabinets, stainless appliances, and quartz counter tops. High-end laminate flooring in the living/diningarea, kitchen and hallway. Other amenities include a gas fireplace, Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs (with cable in living room and both bedrooms), dining for 8, queen size pullout sleeper sofa in living room, pull-down/pull-up window shades, inside ski storage closet, gas BBQ grill in common area, private washer/dryer, and newly carpeted bedrooms.

Great location, cozy condo

We really enjoyed our stay...it was clean, well equipped, very comfortable and close to downtown and the lifts. Great communication with the owners and rental agency and easy checkin. Highly recommend!

Great base for exploring Aspen

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was well set-up for a family with spacious bedrooms, a week-stocked kitchen, and more. Close to all Aspen has to offer, and we appreciated that parking was included for exploring the valley. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Perfectly situated in Aspen

This was our first time staying directly in Aspen during the Food & Wine Festival, and it was perfect! Not only was the condo beautiful and accommodating, but we could walk everywhere! We will definitely be coming back to stay here when we can. Thank you!

Annual Aspen Ruggerfest

Excellent stay in a great condo. Very comfortable unit. We cook a lot while at the tournament and appreciate this well set up kitchen. As a welcome bonus this kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, spices, condiments - all so very much appreciated. Easy check in, great communication. Thank you again!

Overall everything was good. Only big complaint was that they were not upfront about the second bedroom being tiny and only having a double bed. When reading that it sleeps 8 we felt everything was sizable. Upon checking back we realized they purposely did not describe the second bedroom or the size of the bed after posting two queen beds in the master bedroom. I feel they should be upfront about that as a double bed for two full size adults is not a comfortable sleeping situation. Otherwise everything was good O, floors upstairs are very thin. Constantly hear the people upstairs walking and their Late night bedroom activities were quite sleep disturbing.

Great location had a great time in Aspen!

The property was a bit outdated for the price, but it was the perfect size for my family of 6. It was right across the street from where I was working a volleyball tournament so the convenience was incomparable. Overall great experience!
