Great spot for skiing

This spot was great for getting to the slopes. My daughters loved being able to swim after skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There we six of us and there was plenty of room to spread out.

Loved our location and the fireplace. So cozy. The view from our bedroom and the hot tub were incredible. So unique. Would make me want to book red paintbrush again.

Good location close to base. Can walk or ride shuttle. Fireplace and free firewood was nice. Property could be a little cleaner but overall was pretty good for what we needed. I didn’t appreciate the massive sticker that was put on my car within minutes of arrival prior to me putting the parking tag in the car.

Perfect property for our family of 4. The condo had everything we needed and the shuttle was so handy. Two minute drive to the base. Hot tub and pool were enjoyed after a day on the slopes.

This is a nicely remodeled, modernized unit in an older condo building. Very comfortable and clean, nicely furnished too. The photos shown are accurate of how nice it is. The free shuttle bus is just steps from the front door. We would stay again, given the opportunity.

We had a great time at your cozy condo. The condo is nicely remodeled and the location is perfect. I was concerned that it would be noisy since it is pretty close to the pool but it was nice and quiet.

Red Paintbrush is a Winner

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. I will definitely book here again and again if it is available on my next trips to CB. It is perfect for our family of 3 and sometimes 4. It's close to the shuttle and it's first floor location eliminates any steps for us midwesterners who struggle with altitude in the beginning. Highly recommend this condo!!

The Chateau gets rave reviews.

A very well maintained, affordable, convenient property. Staff was super helpful when we had a lottle confusion on arrival. I called and it was resolved immediately. The unit itself was perfect for us and our adult son who appreciates so.e space of his own. Would be perfect for a family with kids. All communication was timely and helpful. Thx!

We really enjoyed the unit as there was ample living, eating and cooking space. Plus nice size bedrooms both with en-suite baths. Tastefully decorated and well cared for. The shuttle to base area runs every 15 minutes. The base area is nearby but it’s a tough walk with ski equipment. The one negative is that there is one little hot tub serving multiple units so good luck ever finding a spot to soak.

Ultra clean and convenient

Our condo was just as advertised and more. Shuttle stop is steps from the front door with less than 2 minute ride to the base. This unit is ground-level, no stairs. Firewood supply is practically endless and located inside about 15 feet from unit door. Kitchen is best equipped we’ve ever experienced including a spice rack fully loaded! We had an internet/TV issue beyond the control of management but they jumped through hoops to build a work-around that provided flawless connection for the remainder of our week-long stay. Highly recommend Alpine Properties-Shay-Red Paintbrush!! Awesome ski trip!!!!

Very nice place in a great location!

My family of 4 stayed for 5 nights during Spring Break. We were able to cook several meals as the kitchen was nicely stocked. The king bed was very comfortable and all the beds had nice comforters. The unit was stocked with a lot of blankets, which our kids loved. The only suggestions I have would be to provide kleenex as it seems you always need kleenex when you are out in cold weather, provide more than 1 key, and maybe stock the kitchen with some cooking oil. We only had the one key from the lockbox and it would have been nice to have another. There is a small store close by where you can get some very limited groceries, which was nice to get sugar and snacks from. We sat in the hot tub several times and the kids also played in the heated pool that was right next to the hot tub, which they loved to switch between. As for location, we could walk to the Red Lady Lift in about 10 minutes, or take the shuttle bus that comes right in front of the building about every 15 minutes, so that was nice.
