Great location, walking distance to the base area. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of towels for bathroom and hot tub/pool. Beds were comfortable. Layout was good. 1st floor was a bonus.

Red Paintbrush is a Winner

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. I will definitely book here again and again if it is available on my next trips to CB. It is perfect for our family of 3 and sometimes 4. It's close to the shuttle and it's first floor location eliminates any steps for us midwesterners who struggle with altitude in the beginning. Highly recommend this condo!!

Great spot for skiing

This spot was great for getting to the slopes. My daughters loved being able to swim after skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There we six of us and there was plenty of room to spread out.

Good location close to base. Can walk or ride shuttle. Fireplace and free firewood was nice. Property could be a little cleaner but overall was pretty good for what we needed. I didn’t appreciate the massive sticker that was put on my car within minutes of arrival prior to me putting the parking tag in the car.

Wonderful ski vacation

Perfect property for our family of 4. The condo had everything we needed and the shuttle was so handy. Two minute drive to the base. Hot tub and pool were enjoyed after a day on the slopes.

The Chateau gets rave reviews.

A very well maintained, affordable, convenient property. Staff was super helpful when we had a lottle confusion on arrival. I called and it was resolved immediately. The unit itself was perfect for us and our adult son who appreciates so.e space of his own. Would be perfect for a family with kids. All communication was timely and helpful. Thx!

Great condo, ideally situated

Fantastic experience, very well maintained condo, conveniently furnished, well equiped, comfortable, ideal for a family of 5 (or less). Checking in and out is a no brainier. Sauna and Jacuzzi well maintained for after ski sessions.

Ultra clean and convenient

Our condo was just as advertised and more. Shuttle stop is steps from the front door with less than 2 minute ride to the base. This unit is ground-level, no stairs. Firewood supply is practically endless and located inside about 15 feet from unit door. Kitchen is best equipped we’ve ever experienced including a spice rack fully loaded! We had an internet/TV issue beyond the control of management but they jumped through hoops to build a work-around that provided flawless connection for the remainder of our week-long stay. Highly recommend Alpine Properties-Shay-Red Paintbrush!! Awesome ski trip!!!!

Comfortable

We really enjoyed the unit as there was ample living, eating and cooking space. Plus nice size bedrooms both with en-suite baths. Tastefully decorated and well cared for. The shuttle to base area runs every 15 minutes. The base area is nearby but it’s a tough walk with ski equipment. The one negative is that there is one little hot tub serving multiple units so good luck ever finding a spot to soak.
