“Great customer service. Room was clean, and good size for 2 people. There was one day when I didn’t get housekeeping and I didn’t receive a receipt upon check out. The woman who checked the mini bar, did make sure I got housekeeping shortly after. It was a good location next to the Mercedes Benz stadium but the train cause so much noise. I was also charged for the mini bar. Didn’t think I’d be charged for using the disposable cups but I guess it cost me $16 for using it, even though I did not……

“One of my best stays at any hotel. Everyone was very friendly and generous to lend a helping hand. From the gentleman who helped us unload our car, to the staff at the check in desk, to housekeeping, to the quick delivery of towels and servicing our ice and fresh water daily. I was on a girls trip, so one of the days we sat out by the pool and ordered lunch and drinks. Once again the staff was accommodating, and the food and drinks were delicious. The rooms was precious and extremely clean,……

“During my stay, I noticed an important issue with the air conditioning. At night, the system seems to turn off automatically too frequently, which causes it to take a long time to turn back on. As a result, the room becomes quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. In contrast, during the day the air conditioning stays on longer and is able to keep the room cool without any problems. It would be advisable to check the system’s settings or operation during the night to ensure a consistent……
