Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolutely terrible! Got a message through VRBO 2hours AFTER I already landed in Atlanta saying that they were cancelling my reservation. Not a phone call!! I was panicked on a business trip, I asked where I could stay since I was not from there and owner told me that “she didn’t know, I had to figure that out” However, I have yet to be cancelled in the system.

SCAM! 5 hours before arrival host said they never received payment-- they did-- and the apartment was no longer available. According to other reviews, this host has done this before, but I assumed the fault was on the individual using the VRBO, not the host. Now, I am spending hours trying to reverse the charges through VRBO. Conveniently, host phone number is no longer in service when VRBO tries to contact them....SCAM
