Great place to stay near Atlanta

We had 7 people stay here and really enjoyed this house. It was in a great location where we felt safe. It was very clean - smelled and looked clean. It was wonderful to stay in a place with 5.5 baths that all functioned well. One of the bedrooms had 2 beds in it as listed, which was very helpful too. We did not have a need for an air mattress but I know there was at least 1 in one of the rooms. The communication with the owner was excellent as we had questions before our arrival and a quick question after arrival. I would highly recommend this rental to others. All 7 of us were pleased with our stay here and had no complaints.

Heart of Buckhead

The home was perfect for our needs! Loved all the extra space for a family in town for our son's wedding. Back porch was a nice place to hang out. Enjoyed the big TVs in all rooms. We would come back to this one for sure. We had a few glitches with the booking process, getting door codes, etc. but the staff was extremely responsive and answered the phone and assisted right away which is all you can ask for. We will be back!

House looked better in the online photos

There was black mold in two the bathrooms on the ceiling. I reached out to the property management company of the house and they said they escalated to the operations team who never followed up The house is in a nice neighborhood and is conveniently located.

Nice house in a good neighborhood. The maintenance of the house is lacking. One of the beds had a destroyed frame that didn't support the mattress. This was reported right away but nothing was done to address. Also the couch had broken springs that made it difficult to sit on comfortably. The thermostat didnt work due to low battery but we were able to fix it by using batteries from the remote control.
