Buckhead Super Location

This home has ample space for any kind of events. One of the cleanest homes I’ve ever rented. Great beds too! Beautiful outdoor dining space for extra fun. Super location in Buckhead nice neighborhood. You will most certainly enjoy your stay.

The property itself was nice and great location, but our experience was marred by several unresolved issues. The third floor was swarming with large flies, likely due to poor cooling from the undersized A/C unit. We had to purchase fly spray and wash the bed linens ourselves before using the rooms. The microwave on the main floor didn’t work, and we encountered problems with the dryer while laundering the bedding. To top it off, the deadbolt jammed while it was raining, locking us out temporarily.We communicated these concerns to Executive Rentals throughout our stay. While they acknowledged the issues and claimed maintenance had been contacted, no one followed up or resolved anything during our visit nor has anyone reached out since our departure. We expected better responsiveness and accountability.

House was roomy and clean. TV service was poor and largest TV in living room could not be turned on. We called customer care and told they would bring another the next day. When my wife called the number the next afternoon she was rudely told it was a holiday weekend and nobody was coming. It impacted our stay because of customer service!

Church group get away

The property was nice and in a quiet area. The house does have 4 bedrooms on the main floor. The house was clean and the check-in process was easy. *Please note this house does have a lot of stairs, so may prove a bit tedious for older or disabled guests.

Property was nice

We enjoyed our stay here. The outside of the house doesn’t do the property justice. It’s a lot bigger than what it seems. Everything seemed to be pretty clean and as stated. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would choose this place again if we were back in the area.

This House Needs a Deep Cleaning

I absolutely do not like leaving bad reviews but I felt it was necessary this time. This house was extremely dirty, the walls, the doorknobs, the baseboard, and the basement. I'm not sure what died down there but after my group entered the home they were immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of fragrance. There were wall plug in's in every single room and about 10 of them in the basement alone attempting to cover up what is either a dead body buried down there or mold. They have to remove all of the plug-ins and open all of the windows because they were having allergic reactions to the very strong fragrance. The kitchen was poorly understocked. I had a group of 9 staying in the home and there were 4 forks in the entire house. No dish towels. A local friend had to bring over towels so we could clean up after ourselves in the kitchen and we had to buy cutlery to eat in the house. The property owners visited the house every single day we were there for one reason or another. I do not recommend this property.
