「Staff is outstanding 」

「On arriving, our room had a small flood (leaking from the boiler) However, the staff were very good, and put us in another room. The very next day they had replaced the boiler with a new one and we were back in our original room. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and very spacious, and situated in a way that every apartment had its own privacy space. Staff very helpful. Bus stop directly outside that ran every 30 minutes to the centre of Playa Blanca and was only €1.40.」

「Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. 「The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

「So, location is good with an easy walk into old town area. Parking on street is very simple. The accommodation is good, but not exceptional. Would benefit from some updating and a deep clean.」
