“Great hotel at a great location. The room was great, service was impeccable - especially, Ritu and Luis go out of their way to help you. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a good parking (Telpark-Valbom) nearby and even Museo Gulbenkien is walking distance. However, if I could just suggest one small thing - it is about the breakfast. We expected a better breakfast with some more choices in a hotel of this standard. Am sure, the management is looking into it. But other than that - great place……

“They are very nice and helpful.”

“I spend 4 nights at Locke de Santa Joana and it was incredible. My room is inside the cultural gallery display which’s unexpected and I love it. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The two restaurants in the hotel are prefect and worth to try.”

“Great location, helpful staff, spacious room.”

“Location is great, easy access to bus and metro transportation. Convenient for food (restaurants and supermarkets close by). Room is small but clean. Staff are very friendly.”

“Excellent staff, great location ”
