Niantic Attawan Beach Hotels

"Went for a mother daughter trip and my mom could NOT stop raving about it. This was a perfect place to call home during our Gilmore Girl inspired trip. The room is one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. (Hotel included). Netflix on the TV? AMAZING. Cute welcome plate with candy and tea? AMAZING. They had puzzles, extra blankets and pillows, a LARGE TV. And so much space. It literally felt like just being in an apartment. My mom was so comfortable. 10/10 recommend. Its also like a 5 min walk to the beach. Which I loved. "

"Bill is a great host. He checked in with us to make sure everything was good, and then left us to our own devices. The house itself was great. It was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious. The driveway is wide and fits 4 cars. It was too cold to go to the beach, but we took the short walk down to see the water. Again, we were there in the off-season, but it was very peaceful. There's a super cute deck off the back of the house which would be great in warmer weather. Truthfully, I have no complaints about Bill's house and would definitely rent again if I'm ever back in the area. "

"Our experience at this impressive property was exceptional, from start to finish. The host (Utopia Property Management) was responsive to all of questions and requests. We had booked an extended stay during the holidays so inclement weather was a possibility. A snow shovel and ice melt was provided on day of arrival. The Keurig machine stopped working after a couple of days and a brand new one was delivered by the friendly maintenance staff within two hours! Alex also arrived with a plow on the day it snowed 8 inches! At the end of our stay the host kindly offered a late check out which allowed us to gather our belongings at a more relaxed pace. Believe me, it was difficult to leave! The beachfront house provided us with ocean views from nearly every room, and with weather changing by the hour, it was quite a spectacular place to spend the holiday. The spacious gathering places were the perfect backdrop to our family celebrations. On the snow day we were joined by our young grandchildren and we were able to walk to the hill at McCook's Point Beach for sledding! They were thrilled! Our very special family and friends gatherings will certainly become part of our forever memory books. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The beach was beautiful and the views from many areas of the home!We were hoping that we had access to a grill, but the space may not have allowed for it during winter weather. It would have also been nice if the fire place was working. Dining was challenging with the setup for us we were 11 and there were only 5-7 forks. We also like to dine in and we could not find dish towels to keep cleaning kitchen. A few more kitchen items would be useful !! The owner was great and super attentive. Plenty of linens and towels "

"Liz’s house is absolutely amazing!! The views of the marsh and sound are absolutely beautiful! The house is spacious, well-appointed and fully stocked! Besides the house being so amazing the host Liz was outstanding! She literally saved our Christmas holiday by being so flexible and accommodating after our originally booked rental fell through at the last moment. I would highly recommend Liz’s place to anyone and everyone! "
