「We took many photos of the entire flat on arrival. Very well decorated and obviously very recently refurbished. Unfortunately, we had to call support team prior to arrival as the listing and information we received gave name and postcode, but no house number or street! Also information on exactly which refuse bin to use on departure would be helpful! 」

「Good location, comfortable stay 」

「A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find.」

「Love love love! Dec-2018: Stayed for 2-nts with the family (6 adults and 5 (all under 9yrs) children) and loved the location, space and freedom that Cumnock Knowes afforded us. You can't miss the property as it stands proud on the horizon as you drive south, out of Carsphairn. The woodland that has been removed from around the house would have offered some protection from the elements, but the views from every window were fantastic - hopefully replanting is in the plans for the future. The house...

「Didn’t smell fresh, Mattress and pillows need protectors,wand needed for blinds to open and close. Attention to detail, ie grout in shower,and kitchen worktop.Place mats for table and small coffee table would be useful for hot drinks.」

「very good flat will be back again soon my only problem was tv was small could do with updating with smart tv slightly bigger model so i could access my netflix and prime while we were in other than that 10/10」

「Stayed at this property in winters.Heating is managed remotely and room temp sometimes goes to 30 degress. In the middle of night the heating just stops and leaving no option but to sleep in cold conditions. Management is not very helpful. I ended up having cold. Will never stay here again.」
