"Maid tried to walk in my room 2 times without knocking before 11 am checkout time. I have a dog and she wouldnt close the door after she saw we were still there. Very unprofessional. "

"Room looked unfinished from maintenance work and was dirty from previous guests. Door to room looked like it had been broken into and the key card consistently did not work properly. "

"Room was nice, however sofa bed was not made and I had to go to retrieve sheets from the front desk to make it myself. Usually not a big deal, I had already been down to the lobby to unload the car so making another trip after a long day was irritating. Coffee was decaf in the room and one of the coffee machines in the lobby didn’t work making it a long wait to get coffee in the morning. "

"Overall my stay was pretty decent. I was really close to my job, I had easy access to the highway, and there was a decent amount of food places and gas stations nearby. Parking was great. My room was pretty clean, though, there were some ear plugs left under my bed from a previous tenant. Unfortunately, I had a few issues. I was not aware of the refundable fee I was supposed to pay at check in. I was supposed to receive a refund after checking out, I still have not received it more than 12 hours later. Also, my refrigerator stopped working the 2nd day of my 8 night stay. I informed them on day 5 (because of my work schedule and office schedule) and the situation was not fixed prior to my checking out. I was given the option to switch room IF one was available, I wasn’t offered a refund for food lost, and I was told I should’ve told them sooner but again, due to my work schedule and their office schedule it was hard to do. They said the didn’t want to bother me while sleeping during the day to replace the appliance, however, they were able to troubleshoot the refrigerator while I was at work. I was told, “Of the 5 years of us being open, we never had a refrigerator break.” But there was no resolution. "

"Hotel recently changed to Hilton which was very comfortable, clean and nice amenities. Since it just changed over new photos and info have not been updated. I booked this one for the breakfast options, however since photos were not updated the breakfast items were lacking compared to the photos."
