I love that the pool was open 24 hrs and that every employee was very nice the only thing is that they need to upgrade on the breakfast and have different breakfast daily but besides that very pleasant.

讚好：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
Everything clean in the room with the exception of the upholstered coach and bench which could be cleaned. The other item was that the side of the room with the TV could benefit from an additional light (maybe a floor lamp). The staff were great, the breakfast was as advertised. The swimming pool was cold and the whirlpool was not working. The proximity to the National Park was great.

不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
I usually give very positive reviews but just can’t in this case. Property very run down (stained carpets throughout, walls all needed a paint job) and there was an off smell as soon as we walked in. Layout was strange. Rooms had poor lighting, water was not hot, and we could easily hear noise from other rooms and from the parking lot. Breakfast was minimal but adequate.

Could have stayed with family, but just wanted to relax and watch football. Found out after checking in that all local channels were not working. Had to watch football on my phone. Front desk not apologetic or helpful. Needless to say I will not stay here again.
