讚好：整潔度和住宿狀況
We (family of 4) stayed 3 nights in this house. The location is great. Just few minutes away from Austin down town and UT west campus. The neighborhood is safe and friendly.
We checked in on the Christmas Eve. The house is recently renovated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are firm, which we like it. The shower place is huge and clean. However, the towels and room area rugs look a bit outdated. The kitchen utensils can be upgraded and better organized.
Here are the areas definitely need to be improved for future use:
Upon arrival, we found it does not have washer / dryer, no coffee maker or water boil kettle either. They did not disclose this at the booking. Due to holiday, the communication to the host is a bit challenging and delayed. This caused quite some inconvenience. We ended up to buy our own water kettle.
