dirty/unsafe/noisy

We arrived at night, the check in didn’t work, had to call the on call person who let us in. the unit was in terrible condition and was filthy. i called the on call person to complain. they sent someone over to apparently but we had already fallen asleep. we left in the morning for a hotel and eventually received a partial refund . the reviews posted on vrbo were 9’s . the carbon monoxide detector did not work, they had offered another unit but that did not have a working smoke detector. it’s right next to busy train track that runs all night. too bad vrbo does not have photos to show the crud in the sink, the broken mirror, the old dental floss and hair in the bathroom and filthy ductwork
