Value for money

Stayed close to 10 days at this place. The apartment complex and the parking lot look sketchy but no incidents or negative interactions over there. Good and decent enough property totally worth the money being spent. The host did a great job with the amenities and all provided. Great host, responses were within minutes.

Only had 1 hot shower the entire time we were staying. There was trash left under the bed and in the living room. The kitchen was okay aside from a dirty sponge in the sink and it being dusty. It wasn't the worst but it definitely wasn't the cleanest stay I've booked.

Clean, well-equipped, everything in good working order (okay, one light flickers, but I never had any desire to use it and I'm sure the host would have fixed it on request).I want to especially highlight that this is the most comfortable bed I've slept in in a Vrbo or similar type of rental, and I've stayed in a fair number.I plan to stay here the next time I'm in Austin if it's available.
