「Outside is really run down but the room was clean. Only needed it for a few hours so it wasn’t bad for a quick in and out trip. I wouldn’t stay longer. The rooms and entire property are definitely dated and had a weird smell. Staff was nice and accommodating. For the location, good bang for your buck. 」

「Nice accommodation at a very usefull location. Just across the highway you can already see the state capitol. Accommodations are modest but so is the price. Plenty of room to park your car and easy to walk downtown and have a drink if you wish to do so. Friendly staff. 」

「Couple of dead flies in the corner of the room. Saw 2 live cockroaches over 4 days, clearly dazed from insecticide because they didn't try to run. Some mold on the bathroom walls but shower head and floor were clean. Room door does not fully seal, small amount of rain pooled on the floor as a result. You can hear all of the highway traffic too but the hotel is literally right off I-35 so that's to be expected. Had to ask for new room key after 2 nights when it suddenly stopped working. Staff...

「Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my request. Nice location off major Hwy 183 inset in a quiet neighborhood. Dining is within walking distance. Plenty of parking in a park like area with BBQ areas. Studio room is cozy and manageable. Surroundings are clean and no rifraf around area from what I’ve seen. 」

「The lady at front desk was very nice and she made checking in quick and easy 」

「I can’t remember the name of the front desk girl who helped us, but she was fantastic. She worked very hard and was always friendly and accommodating, remembered our dog’s name, and even came to our room to take a look at our AC unit. We loved Zilker Brewery and Spicy Boys Chicken, Suerte was delicious, and I loved the convenience of having a Royal Blue Grocery across the street for snacks. It’s not the most quiet at night, but that’s to be expected on E. 6th. Overall, I would definitely stay...

「The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. 」
