「The property is in the suburbs and has a nice back yard to sit out and enjoy a drink and is walking distance to a lovely park. The 3 bedrooms were nicely appointed as was the rest of the home. We did not have a car but could easily Uber into the city. The only disadvantage to the property was it was not walking distance to grocery stores or restaurants. The owner was available by phone when we had a question which was very helpful..」

「The house is overall very nice, but one of the en-suite bathrooms had a strong unpleasant musty/mildewy smell and we couldn’t use it. We kept the door closed and ran the bathroom fan the entire time. The adjoining bedroom also had an unpleasant smell that seeped over from the smelly en-suite bathroom. I let the property manager know twice while we were there for a week, and they said they would send someone over. But no one ever came.」

「The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. 」
