Rainey Street is very lively, not especially kid friendly later in the day but was fun to walk down mid-day. This is a great location sa you're steps away from Lady Bird Lake for a nice walking path. 「This property is located one block over from Rainey Street (tons of bars, restaurants, food trucks) so you get the convenience without the noise. It is easy walking distance from convention center, Austin City Limits, Congress Street bridge (bat watching), state capitol, and University of Texas. The staff is super friendly and helpful! 「The property was clean and well-furnished. The downstairs bar was very nice and convenient. Several excellent restaurants were within walking distance. The only downside was that on our check-out day there were no available carts and we had to make many trips to our car.」

On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. Texts did get answered but this was after we had already figured things out and checked in. Chose a later...

「Stayed for a work event. Space was clean and easily accessible. A 30ish min walk from downtown or quick Uber/scooter. Didn't have much communication with property manager as it wasn't necessary since it was easy enough to manage on your own.」

「The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. 」
