"Staff was upfront before check in letting me know that the elevators were out and gave me the opportunity of getting a room someplace else. We opted to stay even though we were on the second floor as it was already late in the day. The room that we were assigned TVs did not work. Staff transferred us to a different room. That was very comfortable with a great shower. Breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits & gravy, waffles, bananas and apples."

"Stayed there last minute for a baseball tournament. The good: The team assisting with check-in were helpful and quick. The location is close to restaurants and proximity to shopping. The downfalls: Having to carry a stroller up the stairs to the second floor. Elevator? The AC wasn't working and blowing warm air, making it extremely stuffy and uncomfortable when it's the middle of spring in Texas. There were shaving razors left in the shower. The pull out sofa mattress sheets were dirty. And then there were people in the parking lot smoking weed just watching everyone. A little suspicious. I know you get what you pay for, but when you are paying for Hilton rates and get America's Best value, it's hard to justify it."
