"The location of the hotel is excellent. Gran Viá is 200m away. Plaza España is 300m away. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"Cute and modern hotel in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants. Very safe area. Starbucks 2 doors down. Has a great breakfast with a lot of options and a nice gym. Our triple room was nice and large with a wonderful view of the Main Street. "
"A fantastic hotel in the heart of Madrid. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with wonderful air conditioning. One evening was a little noisy courtesy of a large family on the hall - hopefully in the future the staff will curtail this type of behavior. However, overall, a wonderful stay and we can't wait to return!"

"The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I used the courtesy shuttle to and from the airport. If you need to stay by the airport, this is a wonderful choice."
"Nos encantó nuestra estadía y el hotel está nuevo, con supermercados cerca, así cómo el Metro y buses. Lo único que no nos gustó fue el trato en el bar del hotel. Uno de los bartenders parecía como si no quería servirnos. Fur sumamente desagradable. Fuera de esto, recibimos muy buen trato. "
