Discover this comfortable 120 m² apartment nestled on the second floor of a building without elevator, ideally located in Avignon.
Decorated in a modern, industrial style, this apartment comprises :
- an open-plan living area with lounge and dining room,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), dressing room and private bathroom,
- a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a study area,
- additional bathroom with shower,
- separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wifi,
- air conditioning, carbon monoxide detector.
