Great family trip!

Thanksgiving week getaway. 3 families. Plenty of room. Best stocked kitchen! Beautiful views. Very clean.

Nice place to stay but needs changes

It was nice to stay there but master shower is really small. Top floor was extremely hot and was not able to change temperature from 75 degrees. Could of been cleaned a little bit more. Dressers, walls and ceiling fans could be dusted. Overall good location to stores and beach areas.

Amazing customer service

Our trip was in celebration of my wife's 40th birthday and I wanted to surprise her by having the house decorated prior to our arrival, so I reached out to Surf or Sound (the real estate management co) to see if they could assist. I was connected with Ben S. who was amazingly helpful and responsive. He bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of. His colleague, Missie, did a terrific job placing the decorations....everything was a huge hit with my wife! Additionally, check-in was smooth and hassle-free, the house exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the Surf or Sound team!!

Best OBX experience ever!

The property was convenient to the beach, grocery store and lighthouses. There was ample room. The view was great. And kitchen was fully stocked. We had no complaints! We would love to visit again!

Sunny Review of the Big Sun!

We loved the house. It was beautiful and we loved the location. It had easy access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We appreciated everything being clean and tidy when we arrived. We did call the realty agency when we arrived because there were some cosmetic issues left in the house from the previous tenants. The agency was always very nice and got back with us about those concerns. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
